Professor Hy Brown - Chairman and Vice-President, Construction

Hy Brown is the Vice-President of Construction for REAL Housing. Mr. Brown has built a global reputation for bringing to reality large projects such as the World Trade Center, Disney World, the Sears Tower, and many other world-class projects. Mr. Brown brings this experience to REAL Housing with the focus of developing areas such as the Negev Desert with housing that has long been discussed, but never achieved. Mr. Brown brings his unique enthusiasm to REAL Housing with a vision that is global in scope and historic in nature.

Shaul Amir - Vice-President, Development

Shaul Amir is the Vice-President of Development for REAL Housing. Mr. Amir has lived and traveled extensively in both the United States and Israel. Prior to joining REAL Housing, Mr. Amir was Director of the Israel National and Overseas Center od the Allied Jewish Federation of Colorado In the United States. He was also the Executive Director of Resource Development for the Third largest Government Medical Center in Israel, Assaf Harofeh Medical Center. Through his experience, Mr. Amir has developed extensive knowledge and understanding of Jewish and non-Jewish communities in the United States, in addition to his unique insight into the diverse communities throughout Israel. Mr. Amir has been awarded with a special commendation by the Colorado State Senate as token of appreciation for his contribution in strengthening the ties between Israel and the State of Colorado.

Michael Brandemuehl - Vice-President, Research and Development

Dr. Brandemuehl has over 30 years experience in the development of energy efficient and renewable energy technologies in buildings. He has graduate degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin Solar Energy Laboratory. His experience also includes development and analysis of advanced heating and cooling systems as a research engineer for United Technologies Carrier. As a professor at the University of Colorado, his research has included optimal sustainable building design, intelligent building controls, low-cost solar water heating systems, building-integrated photovoltaic technologies, and heat collection in concentrating solar power plants. Most recently, Dr. Brandemuehl has been a leader of the Solar Decathlon program at the University of Colorado, which produced award-winning designs of small, solar-powered homes in international competitions.

Allen Singer - Vice-President, Service

Allen Singer, a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Business Administration. His long career in Cincinnati included warehouse management, real estate sales, and business management. Allen was an active member of the Cincinnati Jewish community and served as President of Cincinnati Hebrew Day School and as a member of the Jewish Federation Leadership Council. Allen and his wife, Phyllis, moved to Israel in 1999 and reside in Jerusalem. He is an active volunteer for Yad Sarah.

Ronald M. Braun, D.M.D. Director, Investor Relations

In 1988 while living in New York State, Dr. Braun gave up his successful dental practice in order to devote more time to his growing real estate investments. His real estate specialty has been single family homes with an emphasis on building some of the first manufactured modular houses for investment in the North East United States. During that same time, he was also the driving force behind establishing a new Reform Temple which has now grown to more than a thousand families. Ron and the REAL Housing team are united in their vision for REAL Housing, Inc. and its world-wide potential.
